TYPES OF VISAS IN DUBAI / UAE
INVESTOR/PARTNER VISA PROCESSING:
For an investor visa, there are some basic requirements such as passport copy in colour, passport size photograph (white background), copy of a memorandum of association and license copy, and Immigration/Establishment Card for the company. In case of 100% Expat/Foreigner owned company, physical presence of the Investor/Partner is required to process Immigration Card. We will prepare the necessary paper work.

EMPLOYMENT VISA PROCESSING:
To process an Employment visa, the following are the requirements:
An Offer letter for a Job from the Employing company,
Passport copy of the Employee, Passport size photo with white background (without Glass or jewellery),
Degree Certificate attested from the UAE Embassy in the country of issue.
Once Offer letter is Submitted, Labor approval, Labor Insurance payment Immigration Application for Entry Permit,
Change status if Employee inside country, medical fitness Test, Emirates ID application, Medical Insurance and Visa Stamping are the steps
involved.
If the Employee job designation falls under the Category 3 and below, then TAW-JEE class has to be attended by the employee before Labor
contract can be submitted to MOHRE.
PARENTS VISA PROCESSING:
Basis conditions to sponsor parents are:
– An expatriate employee cannot sponsor only one of his parents. He needs to sponsor both parents together. He also needs to provide
proof that he is their sole support and that there is no one to take care of them back home.
If one of the parents has passed away or if the parents are divorced, he has to show the related official documents as justification to
sponsor only one of his parents
In order to start processing your parents’ visa in Dubai, the very first requirement is the Monthly Salary of AED 20,000.
Other requirements are a Passport Copy in Colour, The Original Passport of a Sponsor, and the Spouse. Furthermore, you may need the Original
Emirates ID Of the Sponsor, IBAN of the Sponsor. You may also require approval from the DNRD humanitarian cases department.
The sponsor should have a Tenancy Contract/Title Deed of a 2 BHK Apartment and have to submit a refundable deposit of AED 5,000 for each parent.
FAMILY VISA PROCESSING:
In order to process a family visa in Dubai/UAE, the basic requirements are a passport copy of wife and children in colour,
one photograph of each with a white background, The Sponsor’s original Emirates ID, Salary Certificate, Attested Marriage Certificate,
Attested Birth Certificate of the children, and Tenancy contract/ Title deed, Latest DEWA /SEWA Bill copy.
An expatriate resident can sponsor his daughter only if she is unmarried.
A resident can sponsor his son only up to the age of 18. If after the age of 18, the son is studying in the UAE or abroad,
he can be sponsored until the age of 21 on providing the proof that he is studying. However, for his residence visa to stay valid,
he has to enter the UAE at least once every six months. The residence visa is granted on a yearly basis, renewable until the person finishes his education.
Sponsoring stepchildren
An expatriate resident can also sponsor his stepchildren, subject to GDRFA’s conditions which include a deposit for each child and a written no-objection
certificate from the biological parent.
Their residence visas are valid for one year; renewable annually.
A woman can sponsor her husband and children if she holds a residence permit stating that she is an engineer, teacher, doctor, nurse or any other profession
related to the medical sector and if her monthly salary is not less than AED 10,000. She needs to provide additional documents if requested by the Immigration Office.

5 YEAR VISA PROCESSING FOR RETIREES:
1. The applicant must be 55 years old and above.
2. Minimum 1 million (fully paid, not mortgaged) valued property (one property or more) under the applicant’s name
OR
Deposit one million in any of the local banks for 3 years, and bring a letter from the bank issued to the immigration
that the deposit is fixed for 3 years and cannot be released within 3 years.
3. Husband and wife can share in one property (marriage certificate required).
VISA BY INVESTMENT IN REAL ESTATE:
To qualify for a Visa by investment in Dubai Real Estate, the following are the conditions – Investor Visa 5 Years
1. Minimum 2 million valued property or owned share (one property or more) under the applicant’s name
2. In case the property is mortgage, at least 2 million of property value must be paid to the bank. NOC letter and paid amount letter from the Bank and Developer
3. Husband and wife can share in one property (marriage certificate required).
